Cancellation Policy, if you cannot reschedule.

• More than 48 Hours Before Tour: If you cancel and request a refund at least 2 days (48 hours) before the tour, there’s a 18% charge for administrative expenses.
• Less than 48 Hours Before Tour or No-Show: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour date, arrive late, or don’t show, no refunds or changes are allowed.
