Torre Adelina is a new two story building which consists of a studio apartment on each floor. Located just east Gringo Gulch area. It is on the Rio Cuale Colonias MAP, specifically in Col. El Caloso. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and is a 25 minute walk to Playa de los Muertos and a 15 minute walk to the plaza and downtown. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the casa. One can easily go anywhere around the city and outlying areas from the bus stop.

 

The ground floor studio has a large balcony with wonderful views of the neighborhood and the mountains beyond.

There is a complete kitchen.

There is a double bed and as well as a day bed. 

The second floor studio has two large balconies, one of which includes a view of the Bay in the distance.

There is a queen sized bed and a double bed, and for privacy, one of the sleeping areas can be closed off by floor to ceiling curtains.

There is an open kitchen.

Both studios contain local Mexican furniture, original art, modern appliances, and Cable TV.

Weekly linen and maid service available for longer stays.

Both are quiet and secure.

The studios are available from January 8 - May l.
